13 STEPS TO FITNESS BOOT CAMP 

THIS ROUTINE IS AVAILABLE TO CLIENTS, VIA PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING FORMAT BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. ("PRIVATE BOOT CAMP SESSIONS" AKA "CONDITIONING SESSIONS" COST THE SAME AS PRIVATE BOXING LESSONS)

This specialized boot camp is comprised of an intense 13 station indoor circuit, followed by an outdoor half mile jog, then finally a series of shuttle runs.  Trainess will be given a progress sheet at the start of each class.  As activities are performed, trainees can jot down notes to indicate how well each activity is performed (number of reps completed, weight used etc.).  These sheets can be kept on file at the studio, so that trainees can assess their progress over time. 

For the 13 station circuit portion, each activity must be performed for 1 minute, followed by 1 minute of rest before starting the next station.  Some stations have possible variations & modifications to accomodate trainees of different fitness levels.  The indoor portion must be completed barefoot, in socks, or in clean boxing/wrestling shoes only worn indoors.  The outdoor running portions are to be completed in running sneakers & weather-appropriate clothing. 

Each session lasts about an hour.  In cases of extreme weather or ground conditions, the outdoor running portions of the class will be replaced by more indoor physical activity to challenge students both as a group and individually.  This class can accomodate a maximum of 10 trainees per session.

SCHEDULE

Class is currently available privately by appointment only, tyically on Friday evenings, Saturday late afternoons, and/or Sundays.

PRICING

$50 total per session, regardless of how many clients take the class together.  Since you can take the class with a group of up to 10 family members/friends/coworkers, the class can cost as little as just $5 per cleint.
